All of the wines available for sale through fishkilwine.com are sold at Fishkill Wine & Liquors' New York State licensed premises.
Ownership and title of all wine and liquor transfers from Fishkill Wine & Liquors in New York State and then the buyer is responsible for shipping the goods from New York State to their home state.
Adult Signature
All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine or liquor. All packages mailed require an adult signature upon delivery. Therefore, please make arrangements for a person 21 years or older to be available to sign for packages. Under no circumstances will packages be left without an adult signature.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped in New York State will include sales tax.
We will arrange for the transportation of product as a service to our customer by utilizing our shipping service from Fishkill Wine & Liquors, the customer is representing that they are compliant with their local state laws regarding purchase, transportation and delivery of wine and liquor. The customer represents that they have the required permission, paid any required fees, and is legally entitled to take possession of the quantity of wine and or spirits which includes being at least 21 years old.
