Return Policy

Damaged Return Policy
If you have problems with corked or spoiled wine, Fishkill Wine & Liquors must be notified within 15 days. If there is breakage in transit or a bad bottle please save all damaged goods. We will arrange for pick-up. We can not credit empty bottles.

Return Policy
If you wish to return wine for any other reasons there will be a 15% re-stocking fee and return shipping charges.
